Science projects need apparatus and materials (and we had the money to buy them) or we can actually make these apparatus at the school level.. of course if you can do it at a higher level like building gauss gun capable of launching a passenger capsule (by all means do it). I was a participant last year, and we found a lot actually but some require apparatus or materials that are too expensive and difficult to find.
