Cherry tree or apple tree or half coco Nut tree?

Legend told that one day a young George Washington uses his hatchet or axe to hack down his father's favourite cherry tree. He was six and latter he eventually turns up good to be the first USA President.

In Jit Sin, we may not have any cherry tree or apple tree, but we may see another USA President in the making as he or they chopped down a coconut tree (truly Malaysia) with their bare hands. Wow!!!!

Sports Day 2010

Yesterday was the Sports Day for this year. The "Green" House started the day in the first place but loses out to the Blue House by 10 am. Interestingly, the "padang" was dry after the 2-rainy weeks - no more muddy tracks as in the past. No new record for high jump Boys Class 1 but the tug-of-war is interesting. Green House versus Red House - Green House girls are stronger than the boys (who are definitely not all like the HULK).

Sport Heats heat up!!!!

Mr Goay did not do his rain-dance. So no rain today, the Sport Heats continue until 10:00. Javelin Class 1 Girls recorded a distance of 17 hundred centimetres. Wow! Such a long distance

Today is my day in in the heat? hopefully it will not be hot, oh let it be rain. Who is going to make the rain-dance? ExaMachs???? I wonder if they can. And it did rain.... hurray hip hip hurray... rain and the last day of the heats (now is rains) will be held tomorrow morning.

Electrostatics class was shown the experiment showing sparks of light in the interface between ethanol and sulphuric acid. Unfortunately my photographer was not quick enough to capture it.
