Judo Practice #1

With the seniors now gone, the juniors turned seniors Judoka begin the first practice session by throwing their weight around.

Of course, some of them had put on some and it is a heavy task for them.

Nevertheless, the attendance is good with every Judoka looks healthy (or too much healthy).

However, we have a new Judo advisor Pn Lee Siew Oi.

Spring Cleaning

It had been a norm for Jitsinians to clean the school at the beginning of the semester, and for the Form 3 students this will be their first participation on this event. Naturally, they are the most enthusiastic ones. The rest seems like the school owe them the training on how to be good housewives.. 

Will it be more clean after Spring Cleaning? Maybe if marks are given for this activity.. otherwise what do you think?

Goodbye 2012 and Welcoming 2013

Twelve months had gone by and today these 365 days seem to be too short to be truth.

As the saying goes, Time and tide wait for no man, the only thing that is left behind is our memory of the moments in which we had paused to cherish; the joy, the meaning and the human relationship that will make meaningful pieces to complete our jigsaw life puzzle.

There will be many more pieces of these moments to come and the year 2013 will definitely add in more of these.

With this, Mycikgu wishes all my beloved students, where ever you are, a very Happy New Year 2013 and hope that this coming new year will make your beautiful dreams come true...

The Arrival of New ExaMachs

Today marks the first day (or the first encounter) for the Form 1 freshies.

How cute and innocent they seems to be..

How eager and happy to be able to enter the great kingdom of JitSin..

Never knowing of the pressure that will cooked them either to be well-cooked or overcooked..

We will see what will happen to this cohort which will probably only experienced their first public exam in 5 years time... 2017 ..

PMR 2013

The first of the Public Exam Result for the year 2012 - PMR result out today.

As usual most ExaMachs were at school by 10:00 am and after 2 hours it is announced that over 200 students had obtained 8As. Although the numbers had dropped from last year, it can be noted that our ExaMachs had indeed kept on the tradition of scoring straight As.

Canteen's New Food Menu 2013

As a Sekolah Kluster Kecemerlangan, our canteen food may have to undergo new changes in its menu. For a start, these dishes are presented by a group of talented chefs and evaluation is being make ala Top Chef. Hopefully, there will be a change in the food menu for the new year

Biology STPM 2012 Prediction

Today is a beautiful day for making prediction not only because it is the Hari Raya Haji but also because mycikgu had a nice long holiday which had started yesterday.

So as usual, grazing at my crystal ball, my prediction for the STPM (final yet terminal) examination paper 2 questions will be tested on these chapters

As in the past, this is just a prediction only. My advice is you only concentrate only these chapters after you had revised all the 25 chapters three times over.

Post Graduation Celebration

Off to Bagan Samak for our post graduation celebration. Forty of us decided to reward ourselves for a good job done to educate the students (see, no jitsin students offered to treat us, even HM also never ask).

We enjoyed ourselves with watermelon, and big fishes and prawns and after that decided to enjoy our 4 days long holiday starting tomorrow. See you all next week for the final 2 weeks of 2012.

Graduation Day

Today is the 50th Graduation day for the JitSin Form 5 students. As tradition goes, all the graduates were in the hall at 8 am but we had to wait until 9 am for the ceremony to start. However, the students do not mind as they are busy clicking their hand-phones, iPad and cameras.
One of the most prominent sight is there are all teachers are wearing the school uniform (I mean, the teacher's uniform). The resplendent blue with striking yellow resembles the corporation of Jitsin High School.
Other opinions on this matter best left as it is.
I am sure that most of the 'oldies' will feel the nostalgic about their own Graduation Day, for most of the Jitsinians should feel proud to be graduated from JitSin.
