Ratsectomy part 1

The gruesome killing of the rats beats watching the series Hannibal. Never will we imagine that ExaMachs can be that cruel even though they hide behind their masks.

It is reported in Reuters (Science) webpage (http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/05/16/us-science-stemcells-idUSBRE94E0V220130516), that after 15 years of trying, biologists lead by Shoukhrat Mitalipov of Oregon Health & Science University and the Oregon National Primate Research Center, uses unfertilized human eggs to grow the stem cells (what is stem cell?)

The team transplanted genetic material from an adult cell into an egg whose own DNA had been removed. This technique is similar to the one used to create Dolly the sheep - the first cloned sheep in 1996. This scientific breakthrough will now accelerates research of stem cells
